Terms of use

By creating an account or using MASKAX+ you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. MASKAX+ is for students in grades 8–12, usually 13 years and older. If you are under 18, use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

Use a phone number that is yours, and give your real name and grade. An account is personal: keep your password secret and do not let others use it. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Do not create extra accounts to gain an advantage.

To use the app you need an active plan (monthly or yearly), unless a free period is open. Prices are shown in the app in US dollars. You pay with EVC Plus (Waafi) or e-Dahab; payments are processed by Sifalo Pay and the mobile-money operators.

A plan does not renew by itself: every payment adds days of access. If you were charged and access was not added, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Prices may change for new payments. We may give free days to some or all players.

When your access ends, you can pay again to continue.

Play fairly: no cheating, no automated tools, no exploiting bugs, no playing against your own extra accounts to earn XP.

Be respectful in names, messages and groups: no insults, hate, threats, harassment, sexual or violent content, and do not share other people's private information or pretend to be someone else.

You can block and report other players. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

So you can always play, an opponent in a random game may sometimes be a computer-controlled practice player when no other student is available.

You are responsible for the messages and voice messages you send. We may look at content that is reported, to keep students safe.

The app, its questions, designs and other content belong to MASKAX+ or its licensors. You may use them personally for learning. Do not copy, scrape, resell or share them in bulk.

We work to keep MASKAX+ running, but it is provided "as is" and may change, pause or have problems. It is a learning aid; we do not promise any exam result.

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Unused paid days are not refunded when an account is ended for breaking the rules.

To the extent the law allows, MASKAX+ is not responsible for indirect losses or for problems outside our control, such as network or mobile-money outages.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; if you keep using the app after a change, you accept it.
